Marc A. Winston offers real estate clients transaction and tax expertise backed by his experience closing over 2,000 property and financing transactions, totaling approximately $100 million. His practice encompasses all aspects of transactional representation including purchases, sales, taxation and refinancing and foreclosures of commercial multifamily buildings, private homes and cooperative apartments. He brings a wide range of experience negotiating commercial leases and contracts of sale for multiple dwellings, strip malls, commercial and multiple use properties.
Mr. Winston holds an advanced degree in taxation law and works to maximize clients’ tax advantages in every transaction.
