Vanessa Verde

Vanessa Verde is a law clerk focusing on the firm’s real estate and cooperative & condominium departments.

Before joining Smith, Buss & Jacobs, she built a solid foundation in real estate law while serving as a legal extern at a prominent firm in Midtown Manhattan. Vanessa brings extensive experience in conducting due diligence on residential real estate transactions, including the review of offering plans, financial statements, and co-op/condo board minutes. While earning her J.D. at Brooklyn Law School she was a member of the law school's Real Estate Society.
