Domenick J. Tammaro, is an expert at helping boards develop progressive building policies and streamline operations. He directs the majority of the firm’s cooperative and condominium matters and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s default department.
When it comes to building financing, he is an experienced negotiator and works with regional and national lenders to secure underlying mortgages. Boards find his communication skills particularly effective in handling matters with shareholders and unit owners.
In the past ten years, Mr. Tammaro has closed commercial and multi-family mortgages totaling in excess of $300,000,000. Domenick’s negotiation expertise extends to his ongoing work on construction contracts, building service agreements and telecommunication contracts, monitoring debt collections, and coordinating with governmental agencies.
