Eric Blaha concentrates his practice on providing general legal representation to residential condominium and cooperative boards in the New York City metro area. With more than 30 years of experience, Eric is also a leading civil litigator who successfully represents clients across a range of legal matters, including real estate disputes, commercial contract disputes, and construction disputes. He has litigated cases nationwide, including an appeal that rose to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

 Eric’s results-oriented approach focuses on resolving problems and disputes amicably and efficiently and litigating aggressively on behalf of clients when necessary. In order to advise each client in making informed decisions that are in their best interests, he listens carefully to gain a deep understanding of the nuances of their business and legal issues.

 Eric currently serves as Chairman of the Legislation Subcommittee of the New York City Bar Association’s Cooperative and Condominium Law Committee. He also provides training on Fair Housing to cooperative and condominium boards.
