Jacqueline L. Aiello is a seasoned litigator specializing in cooperative and condominium law and employment disputes across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island. Her practice covers a broad range of complex legal matters, including corporate governance, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, employment and housing discrimination, and wage and hour disputes at both the state and federal levels. Committed to strategic and effective advocacy, she works to safeguard her clients’ interests.
With extensive litigation experience in New York state and federal courts, Jacqueline represents clients before agencies such as the EEOC, HUD, CCHR, and NYSDHR, as well as in arbitration forums, including the AAA.
