Jennifer Milo

Jennifer Milo is a law clerk focusing on cooperative and condominium defaults and transfers. Before joining Smith, Buss & Jacobs full-time, she completed a two-year internship with the firm that provided her with a solid foundation in real estate law.

While earning her J.D. at St. John’s University School of Law in New York City, Jennifer was a member of the Mattone Institute Fellowship for Real Estate, where she gained critical insights and hands-on experience. She also served on the executive board of the St. John’s Law Real Property Law Society.
