Peter is a shrewd and pragmatic litigator with nearly twenty years of experience advising and representing clients in a broad array of commercial and regulatory disputes. He has a diverse background working with large institutional clients, individuals and everything in between. Real estate ventures, investor lawsuits, partnerships and transactions gone bad, regulatory matters. Whatever the arena Peter brings creativity, cool-headed discretion, commonsense and exacting attention to detail. He currently focuses his litigation and arbitration practice on real estate and general business disputes, including construction litigation and arbitration, Sponsor construction defect and control claims, and other disputes involving Coop and Cooperative Boards. He also advises Coop and Condominium Boards on litigation and prelitigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Peter worked at two large international law firms in New York City and dabbled in Sports and Entertainment law.
