Randi F. Plevy started her career in real estate law as in-house counsel for a family office of investors and developers in Queens, New York. She has represented individuals and religious organizations in the acquisition and disposition of property and has negotiated construction, design, and alteration agreements. Randi is adept at conducting due diligence for everything from SROs to large multifamily buildings. She has closed mortgage deals on behalf of private lenders, boards of directors, and other corporate entity borrowers. Randi has helped multiple businesses create new entities by forming partnerships and joint ventures through operating agreements tailored to its pursuit.
